Enhanced Security Configuration

When I tried to open the entire link using IE, It said "Http Status 405" with the description as "The specified HTTP method is not allowed for the requested resource ()" However If I enter first part of that link, it brings me up the web page.

(As you have mentioned, Initally ECS was blocing to even access that part of that link but it has fixed once I changed that setting. Thank you for that.)
